Medullary inspiratory neuron - A medullary inspiratory neuron is a neuron in the inspiratory center of the brain. Inputs to this neuron come from the peripheral chemoreceptors, carotid body, aortic body, and central chemoreceptors.
Mirror neuron - A mirror neuron is a neuron which fires both when an animal performs an action and when the animal observes the same action performed by another (especially conspecific) animal.
