Ethnic Communities Council of NSW - The Ethnic Communities' Council of NSW (ECC) is the peak body representing many organisations and people from the multicultural community in New South Wales, Australia. Established since 1975, it is run democratically by its members and is governed by its Management and Executive Committees.
