Support engineering - Support engineering deals with all the aspects related to the maintenance, repair and support of systems and products to ensure continued operation or functioning of the system or product(s).
Engineering support - Configuration management is for most of time dealing with the system that is large, complexed, has a long life duration (more than 10 years) and involve more people.
